One to One Healing Session (3 Hours)

This is a deep dive healing session to allow presence and space for your intentions and process. You will be held in a compassionate space to support you in surrendering into the experience. The session will be a mixture of guidance, sound, energy work, tuning forks and can also include womb healing and ceremonial cacao depending on your needs.

Through the use of energy work with my hands I will locate and address blockages and imbalances in your physical body and energy body. When we make energetic adjustments within our bodies natural healing process is ignited, opening up the potential for shifts to occur. It is transformative work as the healing raises your consciousness, creates shifts in mind/body/spirit and continues to unfold far beyond the session.

Throughout the session I will incorporate alchemy crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes and light language channeled through my voice and hands, supporting you to open and release in a gentle yet powerful way. 

Each session will vary and flow intuitively depending on your unique intentions and needs in the moment.
