When the first lockdown hit in March 2020 I knew I had to adapt and take my healing practice online. I wanted to hold a sacred and supportive space for others during such uncertain and powerful times so that they could connect deeper to themselves and the divine. I have shared many online healing transmissions since then, which always include guided journeying, sound healing, energy healing and channeled light language. It has been such a beautiful journey to connect with people from all over the world in the name of healing, and it has shown me time and time again that energy truly knows no boundaries. That is one of the beautiful gifts of spiritual healing - we do not have to be together in the physical to connect and experience deep shifts. It is so magical yet also the most natural thing because we are all energetic beings at our core.

HOW TO PREPARE?

The healing transmissions hold a powerful energy that often creates deep shifts and activations for those who receive so please treat your experience with respect to get the best out of it :)

Create a calm, comfortable space for you to receive the journey so you can surrender and relax into the experience as much as possible

You may want to lie on your bed so you can be cosy or if you have a yoga mat, blanket and pillow that is wonderful too

You may want to prepare your space with a candle and incense/oil burner to create a calm atmosphere

Please wear headphones for the most immersive experience and best sound quality! You could also use a speaker if you prefer

Please avoid caffeine at least a couple of hours before you do the session

Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session
