This transformative journey through ceremony, sound, healing practices, self-massage and energy work, nurtures the sacred union between heart and womb. The womb is an energetic space as well as a physical organ. It is a divine portal which literally bridges worlds - spirit and physical. It is the space for creation and birth in every sense, whether you are going through a rebirth, calling in new life or nurturing creative projects and visions into reality. The womb is the source of our power, pleasure and creative energy. The retreat will be a loving space to nourish your womb with cleansing, renewing, activating practices designed to clear space and reawaken the power within. All are welcome to this compassionate cocoon of healing. Womb work is supportive no matter what stage of life you are moving through. If you do not have a physical womb then you can still connect with the spiritual and energetic womb space.
Throughout the journey we will be embraced by the arms of nature with dreamy waters, crystalline rocks, trees, flowers and Es Vedra as our anchor - it is honestly the most mesmerising, energy. Each evening we will close the day eating an incredible meal from Chris followed by an otherworldly sunset. You will also have the chance to channel your creative energies in full flow as Sylvie Gianella guides us to make our own Goddess jewellery charm. Then we will head to the beach for sacred coves, clay body painting, sunbathing and crystal waters. The perfect way for Mother Earth to support us in closing our powerful journey home to heart, womb and body. May we bloom into Spring feeling the fullness of our power and inner light.

Accommodation & travel not included (Aside from any adventures we go on as part of the retreat experience). I can send you some local recommendations and ideas for places to stay to support your planning process, as well as recommended car hire companies. This is an intimate retreat with only 7 spaces available, which allows for a deep holding and connection, both individually and as a group. Please note, this is a non-residential retreat which means you will need to arrange your own accommodation and transport. However, if you do not drive/are not hiring a car then we can arrange one of our team members to take you home as long as it is within a 20 minute drive from our place - if it is further you can also be dropped into the nearest town so that you can get a taxi. It may even align to share lifts/transport with other retreat guests. Please note, we are off grid up a mountain but we are only 10 minutes drive from nearest town Es Cubells and 15 minutes drive from San Josep. Our closest beach is Cala D Hort 5 minute drive and Cala Vadella 15 minute drive. Ibiza airport is 25 minutes drive.
You will receive a schedule for 3 full days and evenings at our sanctuary, arriving late morning and leaving after sunset each day. You will be immersed in nature, nourished with incredible food and healing practices and held in the arms of love - then you will be able to go back to your own space for sleeping and integration.

About Josie
Josie has been working with women for over a decade through the art of energy work, sound and womb healing. In 2014 she birthed her healing practice into the world in Ibiza. At the time she had been experiencing a huge spiritual awakening which led her to follow her true calling to be in service to the divine and therefore humanity. Her healing hands and compassionate nature are known to create a loving space where shifts unfold on many levels. With a profound commitment to her path, Josie weaves together her gifts and experience to guide women through gentle yet powerful journeys either 1-2-1 or in groups. Over the years her healing work has been featured and reviewed in press such as British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer. Sound is a key part of the spaces she holds. She weaves her alchemy crystal bowls, instruments and the healing power of her voice to create immersive experiences and transformations - emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.
About Chris
Chris (Conscious Cook) is our resident chef, bringing his food gifts and sensational creations. We believe good quality food is a key element on retreats so we are lucky to receive such incredible nourishment from Chris’s hands and heart. He creates healthy, clean food which is tasty beyond words and full of life force and flavour. People often describe his food as a taste explosion, bringing nourishment to body and soul. All meals will be organic, plant based, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free. Chris will use the delicious fruits and vegetables of the island, along with pulses, herbs and spices to create incredible dishes. This retreat is about supporting renewal and awakening in our heart space so he will design a seasonal menu to support this.
Chris is a conscious chef who bridges the worlds of holistic food practices, ceremony, energy and sound to create high-vibrational healing experiences for the mind, body, and soul. Since 2019, he’s been sharing his healing food on retreats, online programs and through one-on-one sessions, as well as his group cleanse programs. His mission is to combine well-being, food and ceremony, helping us reconnect with the healing power within ourselves and nature, while inspiring a more conscious, harmonious future for ourselves and the planet.

Booking Terms & Conditions
You can secure your spot with a full payment upfront or choose the option to pay in 2 instalments. Please note, 50% of the total cost is a non-refundable and transferable deposit.
Please find payment plan information and terms as follows;
First Payment: 50% of the total cost is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your space
Second Payment: The remaining 50% is due 1 month before the retreat date
If the payment plan option doesn’t work for you, please reach out to us. We are happy to discuss alternative payment plans if needed as we understand everyone has different circumstances
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the total cost is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Please note, if we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your place on the retreat at least 2 months prior to the retreat date you will receive a refund minus the 50% deposit. If you cancel your place on the retreat within 2 months you will not receive a refund. However, if you need to cancel and we manage to fill your space we will transfer your place to someone else and refund you, minus the 50% deposit and any transaction fees. We are human and will always try and make sure no one loses out as long as there is enough time and space to do so. However, at the same time we need to protect ourselves with this cancellation policy and terms because we are running these spaces as a family and it requires a lot of time, costs and preparation to make it happen.
