Join me for a nourishing healing ceremony devoted to you receiving in body, heart, womb and soul. We will honour Spring Equinox and welcome the shifts it brings. Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth as we awaken with Mother Earth. It has long been regarded as a powerful time to cleanse emotionally, physically and spiritually. Through ritual, ceremonial cacao, sharing, song, sound and sauna we will cleanse the residue of Winter so we can truly open our hearts to the light of Spring.
As the ceremony closes you will spend the final 90 minutes integrating in serenity as you are immersed in a dreamy soundscape. I will guide you within through crystalline vibrations, melodic instruments, tuning forks, drums and light language channeled through my voice. Sound is a powerful healing gateway which speaks to every cell in our body and raises our consciousness, allowing us to open in a way that is effortless yet profoundly deep. To support our integration we will have the option to use the wood fired sauna which faces the Forest. It is a magical experience as the sun is going down. This is the perfect chance to cleanse and ground back into the body with the support of the elements. The fire will be roaring outside as we close our ceremony in prayer and presence for all that has led us to this point and all that is awakening with us as we step into Spring.
At the heart of this offering is the simple yet powerful medicine we receive from coming together with other women in our raw, authentic humanness. There has been so much separation in our world in recent years so many of us are yearning for these loving spaces of togetherness and the shifts it creates spans far and wide way beyond the circle. Many are craving to be in a space where we feel safe enough to let our guard down to see, hear and witness each other with compassion. Sisterhood is always a huge part of the healing that takes place. I am so honoured to share this loving space with you if you are called. Come as you are. All of you is welcome.

Please note, if any of you are new mamas who can only spend so long away from precious baby then you could either leave once the ceremony closes at 4.30pm or you can stay for the sauna and fire integration ouside and have baby join you for snuggly fire time whilst you land back

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CEREMONY
If you wish to use the sauna please bring swimwear, towel and warm clothes and coat to wear afterwards
Please wear comfortable/warm clothing for the ceremony so you can fully surrender into the experience
Please bring yoga mat/blanket/cushion/anything else to ensure you are comfortable
I advise you to bring an extra pillow or bolster to go underneath your knees for extra comfort during the sound healing as it will support your lower back
Water to drink throughout the ceremony to stay hydrated
Journal & Pen
Offering for the ceremony for Great Mother/Mother Earth - Allow your intuition to guide you in terms of what you will bring as your offering. An example could be flowers, leaves, shells, food, crystals, herbs
CACAO CONTRAINDICATIONS
The spirit of cacao is known as Mama Cacao a she holds a feminine, motherly energy. Cacao truly opens the heart space, activating a greater sense of love, truth and connection with ourselves, others and the world around us. She is a wise teacher. A keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom. Her medicine meets everyone who drinks in a unique way, depending on the needs at that moment.
Please note, ceremonial doses of Cacao are not recommended for any of the following cases. Please let me know if any are experiencing allowing of the following;
You are taking antidepressants (Cacao contains MAO inhibitors)
You have a serious heart condition
You have very high blood pressure
You suffer from epilepsy
You are pregnant (You should only have a small amount)
