We will gather over Spring Equinox to bring renewal to your heart and womb connection. This is a nurturing sanctuary for you to explore heart womb connection through gentle yet powerful practices such as meditation, ritual, sound and somatic healing. You are invited to work with the beautiful plant medicine Cacao during this ceremony. Mother Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant ally which holds a very special healing frequency with the heart and womb. She will support us in opening our hearts, expanding our womb space and remembering what it means to be in deep connection with these sacred parts of us as we rebirth from the darkness of Winter into the light of Spring.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
I will be in touch nearer the time with ceremony preparation advice and information. However, if you are coming and you wish to drink ceremonial cacao, I advise this beautiful cacao which I have been working with for many years. This means we will all be drinking the same cacao. The cacao is so loving, pure and heartfelt. It is truly the best I have ever worked with for myself and for clients. You can even get a small 100g block if you want to try it first or they offer a large 500g block. I will share further details about the recipe and how to make it in a sacred way nearer the time.
