Part 2 (Recorded Sound Journey) This is a 1 hour sound healing recorded especially for you to receive after our ceremony closes in your own space as part of your healing process and integration. It will be sent to you on the day of the live session so you will have it ready to listen post ceremony

Aligning with Winter Solstice, this is a powerful moment for reflection, rest and renewal. In this loving container, you will have a chance to honour all that you have moved through this year - the growth, the challenges, the lessons, the blessings - and to make space for restoration in your womb - the centre of your life force, creative energy and pleasure.
This ceremony offers a gentle, supportive space for womb nourishment on all levels — spiritual, emotional, and physical — through prayer, ritual, sound and guided journeying. The womb is a sacred seat of creation and power, but it can also act as a storage place for unprocessed emotions and stagnant energy (our own, others, ancestral, collective) which can accumulate and become dense over time. This is why regular connection and energetic cleansing of the womb can be very supportive for the natural healing process to takes place within us. When we cultivate loving awareness and intentional connection with our womb, we create a space for the release and transformation of the old, which in turn, supports the renewal of our life force, igniting our creative energy and bringing clarity and connection to our power, gifts and intuition. To return to the womb is to come home to ourselves.
As the external world grows busier, nature is actually calling us to slow down, to go inwards and listen to the whispers of our soul as we prepare for the next cycle. “This was my first experience of a womb ceremony so I had no expectation. I felt my heart was fluttering a bit of a panic feeling at the start of the session. Then the sound came, I think it was heart chakra related or the womb, I can't remember which, but it brought up emotion that I released with tears. It was very strong. When writing freely expressing our thoughts and words relating to our womb, so much was written! I couldn't seem to stop, it was flowing. And really brought realizations as to why I wrote all of that and has made a lot of sense to me and things for me to work on. I found this ceremony very healing and very deep and connecting.
