ABOUT THE SESSION

We have all been on such a journey collectively and individually, and there is no doubt there has been deep healing unfolding along the way. We have been shown what truly matters in this time. It has put so much into perspective. We are seeing more clearly the absolute beauty in the most simple of things. The joy of connection with others. The gift of human touch. The profound power of mother nature. We are remembering what we are blessed with and what we have forgotten to be thankful for in every moment of our lives. At the same time, we have also been shown our shadows and our wounds in full illumination. We have been shown all the places within us and within humanity that need more love.

To be honest, it is never not a good time to work with the heart. It is so important to nourish and activate our heart space because it is the centre of our being. It is where we give and receive love, and we cannot live without love. It is a place of profound connection. When you experience pain it is common for your heart chakra to close down. When this happens you will struggle to let go of hurt, anger, resentment and jealousy. With a closed heart, there will be a sense of separation and disconnection form the world and others round you. However, the Sanskrit word for heart chakra is ‘Anahata’ which means unstuck or unhurt. This implies that beneath the pain of past experiences is a pure place within us where no hurt exists - only love. By acknowledging any pain that you are carrying, you can shift emotional blockages and open your heart to love and forgiveness. Transforming your relationship with self, others and the universe. With an open heart, you feel connection and love for people in your life, including yourself. Love is truly the most powerful source of all healing. As we navigate these profound shifts on our planet, it is LOVE that will bring us home to ourselves. There is no greater force.

During the session, I guide you on a gentle and nurturing journey to bring deep healing to your heart space. It will be a beautiful experience to drop into the ocean of your heart and cultivate greater compassion, forgiveness and love. Through guided journeying, sound, energy healing and channeled light language transmissions from spirit - we will open, cleanse and activate your heart.
