Join me for a journey of healing and transformation on the magical island of Ibiza over Spring Equinox. We will meet over the first Full Moon of Spring to renew and awaken your womb space through gentle yet powerful ceremonies and practices. Everyday we will gather in our temple like dome nestled on the land of our own private finca, surrounded by Forest and mountain views. Together we will explore womb healing, sound, energy work, heart and womb massage, inner child healing (inner mother & inner father work), meditation, song, movement and expression. We will also be supported by the wisdom and medicine of some special flower and plant allies to nurture and rejuvenate the heart and womb.
Spring has long been regarded as a time of rejuvenation, fertility and rebirth so it feels incredibly powerful to meet at this threshold point as we journey into the wisdom of the womb. This is a cleansing time where we move from the darkness of Winter into the light of Spring. Coming together in ceremony at this moment is a sacred opportunity for us to honour all that has been and all that is yet to be created, nurtured and birthed through us.
This heart opening, womb healing, soul nourishing retreat has been intentionally curated to awaken your power, your life force, your feminine essence. The womb truly holds it all - life, death, light, dark. We will be sitting with this with so much respect to truly understand the power that lies within us. You will be guided on an immersive healing journey to ignite shifts on all levels - emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally - as we invite the energy of Spring to support deep transformation. At the heart of it all is also coming together as a circle of women, which is a profoundly healing medicine of its own. There is so much joy, growth and liberation that comes when we heal together - heart to heart - womb to womb. It is an ancient remembering. A homecoming. May we rise and bloom into the light of the new season together.
WOMB HEALING
The womb is an energetic space as well as a physical organ. It is a divine portal which connects spirit and physical. It is through the waters of the womb that you were birthed into this world. It is the space for creation and birth in every sense, whether you are going through a rebirth, calling in new life or nurturing creative projects and visions into reality. The womb is the source of your infinite power, pleasure and creative energy. However, the womb can also hold shame and suppressed emotions so it can become a dense space without regular conscious connection. Over time the energy flow can become stagnant which can manifest physically or emotionally which seems common in our world right now but I choose to see this as a wake up call from the womb - as if she is calling us to reclaim our innate connection to this powerful part of us. I feel the ancient womb calling us home to return to ourselves and our power.
The retreat will take you on a journey into the consciousness of your womb to hear her voice and nurture your connection. All are welcome to this loving space. Womb work is truly transformational and supportive no matter what stage of life you are moving through. Know that you will be met where you are ready to be met. This is the nature of the womb - she holds her own divine intelligence which lives within each of us just waiting to be reclaimed. If you do not have a physical womb then you can still connect with the spiritual and energetic womb space.

Grief Ritual with Holiday Phillips (Holiday is a coach, facilitator, writer, speaker and grief tender. Her work is devoted to creating a wiser, kinder world where all people (and all parts) can co-exist harmoniously. She writes and speaks prolifically on topics including grief, death, love and justice. Her words have been read by millions worldwide and in 2023 she was honoured to deliver a TED talk called on the transformative power of grief called “Grief as activism”)
Divine Father Ceremony with Jack Villiers (Jack is a Coach, Guide and Ceremonialist. He focuses on enabling people to develop a deeper understanding of self so that they can heal past trauma, lead authentically and transform the way they relate to others. He is a leader within Sacred Sons and has worked with thousands of men to date. Jack founded Human Work, a community project in Ibiza and the UK which supports people to heal, grow and evolve. He is in service to the remembrance of real human connection.)

Options for Private Yoni Steaming under the stars in the dome
You will be nourished in womb, body, soul by Chris throughout the entire retreat with high vibrational and tasty food sourced from the local lands (Plant Based Meals, Optional Eggs, Snacks & Drinks)
Please note, there will be 3 meals a day, apart from Tuesday lunch when we are at the caves as we will have lunch at one of my FAVE Ibiza restaurants afterwards, which will be required to be paid for personally by each guest
There will be daily space in the schedule for you to simply be or explore the island
You will also have the option to book additional 1-2-1 sessions throughout the week with some incredible practitioners to nourish you in every way
Integration calls - We will have 2 x 90 minute group integration calls post retreat to support you landing back into life

THE SPIRIT OF IBIZA
It brings me so much joy to invite you to gather together in Ibiza. This island has such a special place in my heart as I have been coming here for 16 years and met Chris here 15 years ago in 2008 and we have been together ever since. It is also the place where I birthed my healing practice into the world in 2014. There is just something so special about this island which can be experienced from the moment you arrive. This is the place I come for deep healing, rejuvenation and connection with my higher self and spirit. It is the place where my heart and womb cleanse and restore. The energy of the Great Mother is all around. It truly feels like such a powerful place to come together in ceremony for such sacred feminine work. Natural beauty is everywhere. The sunrises and sunsets are dreamy. The air is warm and clean. The crystalline waters are so healing. Just to be on the island is to feel your life force radiating. Ibiza out of season is extra magic too as the beaches are quiet and there is a beautiful energy of serenity. I would go as far as saying being here on this land is the closest I have felt to Heaven on Earth. It is going to be incredible to experience Ibiza in Spring with flowers blossoming and Mama Nature coming alive in all of her beauty and abundance.

This is an intimate retreat with only 12 spaces available. If you are coming alone you will be allocated into shared rooms and this always seems to unfold divinely with connections being made that span way beyond the retreat. If you are coming with a friend there is an option to share a double bed for a cheaper rate. Please see options below and contact me anytime if you have any questions.
Please note, I require a £450 deposit to secure your space. You are welcome to pay the rest of the balance upfront or we can discuss a payment plan. The full balance must be paid by 1st March 2024. This is a beautiful room set over two floors. It is important to note that Nest and Perch are open to each other, share the same room entrance, ensuite bath, and rooftop terrace. A mezzanine wall and wood lattice panels surround the upper floor for added privacy and it does feel seperate.

Just a few steps from the main house but hidden from view, this adobe bungalow is perfect for guests who prefer to relax and recharge in semi-solitude. The terra cotta brick floor against whitewashed walls gives a warm glow to the room, and the shaded terrace and lounge areas extend the living space. It is heated in the cooler months with an enchanting wood burning stove.

The Twin Flame Micro-Suites YIN and YANG are a pair of detached stone dwellings representing the twin flames of yoga theory that all you have is all you need. These havens are a delight for those who are comforted by cozy spaces. Intimate in scale, but long on charm, these rooms are physical reminders that we have everything we need to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives without frills or fuss. FOOD NOURISHMENT
Food is an incredibly important element to me on my retreats. There is never any cut backs on quality. It has to be created from the heart as we are what we eat. I also believe it is best when food is full of flavour and life force. This is where my magical partner Chris (Conscious Cook) comes in and brings us his food gifts. He manages to create healthy, clean food which is so tasty. It is a natural flow for him. People often describe his food as a flavour explosion and nourishing on a soul level. All meals will be organic, plant based, gluten free and refined sugar free. He will use the delicious fruits and vegetables of Ibiza along with pulses, herbs and spices to create epic dishes. This week is about supporting cleansing and renewal in our system and womb space so he will design a seasonal menu to support this.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE: JOSIE DANIELLE
Josie has been working with women for a decade through the art of energy work, sound and womb healing. In 2014 she birthed her healing practice into the world on the island of Ibiza. She experienced a huge spiritual awakening in the few years prior to this which led her to follow her true calling to be in service to the divine and therefore humanity. Her healing hands and compassionate nature are known to create a sacred space where shifts unfold on many levels. With a profound commitment to her path, Josie weaves together her gifts and experiences to guide women through gentle yet powerful journeys. Over the years Josie's healing work has been featured and reviewed in press such as British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer.
Josie is a leader in the realm of sound which is a key part of the spaces she holds. She weaves her alchemy crystal bowls, instruments and the healing power of her voice to create immersive experiences and transformations - emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.
In addition to her healing practice, Josie has birthed two albums of light language songs, 'New Earth' in 2020 and 'Great Mother' in 2023. These albums are created using only her voice and a looper to create celestial melodies and heart opening vocals. Josie sings intuitively, channeling the language of the soul through her voice.

£450 deposit is required to secure your place which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because I have to make a non-refundable deposit payment to secure the retreat venue. If you book onto the retreat I advise you to get travel insurance to cover yourself for any unforeseen circumstances which could impact your attendance on the retreat. This would mean you will be protected if you need to cancel for any reason. Please note, if I need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your place on the retreat by 20th January 2024 (2 months prior to the retreat) you will receive a 50% refund minus the £450 deposit. If you cancel your place on the retreat after 20th January 2024 you will not receive any refund. If you need to cancel and I manage to fill your space I will transfer your place and refund you the costs minus the £450 deposit. I will always try and make sure no one loses out as long as there is enough time and space to do so.

Aeroport d’Eivissa is just 15-20 minutes drive or 25 euro taxi away from the retreat
If you drive I do recommend you hire a car as the island has so much beauty to explore and it is best experienced in a car (I will share a list of recommended places/beaches etc nearer the time) You can literally drive from one side of the island to the other in 1 hour
