THE INTENTION
Josie will guide you on a journey within through 3 healing sessions weaving crystalline frequencies, sound, voice, energy work and light language. This is about connecting with your physical body, emotional body and spiritual body with love and presence. It is about uniting your whole being to ignite shifts in heart, body and soul. It is about connecting with your true essence as a soul living in a human body. It is about remembering the infinite source of light that lives within you.

We live in a society which tells us to take pills to numb our pain instead of looking into the root of why it could be there in the first place. We have been told to ‘toughen up’ and push our emotions inside, rather than embrace the freedom which comes from sharing our truth and vulnerability. We have been disconnected from ourselves. We have been disconnected from our innate connection to Source/Universe/all that is. Our body is literally a vessel for our light to express into this world. Yet we have forgotten our own divinity. I believe this is one of the reasons why humanity has become so lost and detached from ourselves, each other and the Great Mother. There is a part of us longing to remember this truth and to embody this remembrance.
Energy Healing and Sound are both natural yet powerful tools which can help us to remember our true nature as energetic beings living in a vibrational Universe. Looking after our energy system is just as vital as regular exercise and a healthy diet and we can utilise these ancient healing tools to support us. Both have the ability to locate and address areas of dissonance to shift or prevent manifestations happening in the body. Both have the ability to create more space and flow in the energy system, nervous system, organs, physical body and entire being. Both act as a bridge between our world and spirit, allowing us to connect with the unconditional love of the Universe. Both have the power to bring the body and system into our natural state of harmony.
Whatever is rising for you at the moment and whatever your intention may be when you begin this journey you will be met where you are ready to be met. This is the nature of energy. It is divine intelligence and it works with your own power as it supports and strengthens your bodies natural healing process. It has the ability to transform stagnancy and dissonance. It feeds the places which are longing to be nourished. It cleanses, shifts and releases the old. It creates space within allowing more life force to flow. It raises your vibration. It expands consciousness bringing you into deeper connection with your soul and Great Spirit.

I birthed my healing practice into the world 8 years ago in 2014. Since then I have worked with thousands of people on a one to one and group basis and witnessed the profound shifts energy healing and sound ignites in mind, body and spirit. It continues to be my mission to spread awareness of these gentle yet powerful tools as I have seen first hand how transformative they can be, and I truly believe they are here to help raise the consciousness of humanity.
Since I began stepping outside of my one to one sessions to hold group healing offerings around 5 years ago, I noticed how the energy work which was happening one to one was also unfolding in the group sessions. I witnessed how sound was an incredible catalyst, transmitting energy into the cells, body and energy body to support the healing process. People often explain experiencing shifts during and after the sessions, whether it is emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
The vision for this online offering came through to give you the opportunity to delve deep into energy work and sound from the comfort of your own space. It has been inspired by the ways in which I work with energy in sessions over the years. It is about looking into your inner world to process emotions and thoughts with compassion and presence. It is about journeying into your physical body with awareness. It is about connecting with yourself on a soul level. Ultimately this is about about you taking responsibility for your own healing and reclaiming your inner light. Sometimes we can get stuck and stagnant places along the way and these natural tools can help us to find our way back to our personal power. My guidance, the sounds and the transmissions of energy are simply ways to support the natural healing process to take place within the body and system.
Although I have witnessed profound shifts happen in just 1 session, I have also noticed how consecutive sessions can get deep into the root of various ‘issues’ to create long lasting transformation. For example, when I work one to one, I see incredible shifts when people have a 3 sessions over a 1 month period. This is because there is consistent energy work happening and therefore it is going through many layers, allowing old emotions to purge, the nervous system to regulate and the entire energetic system to come into the natural state of harmony. This has inspired me to create this journey through 3 sessions over a 1 week period as a way to support people in devoting to themselves with consecutive sessions and experiencing deep shifts and transformation.

HOW TO PREPARE
Drink lots of good quality water throughout the reset to support your system - as discussed above, the body is around 70% water so the more you drink, the more you support any old energies/toxins to be cleansed from your system
I advise you to schedule time in your diary to carve out space to journey with each session. If you can also have some space beforehand and afterwards to ground back with presence that would be supportive
Journal. Writing before and after each session will help you to connect deeper to your own healing process throughout the journey. Be aware of what is rising to the surface in the sessions and afterwards in day to day life as you will be in a more open, sensitive state
Set up your sacred space so that you can surrender into the experience each day. For example, ensure you have a comfortable place to lie down or sit for each session. You may want to light a candle, burn incense or essential oils. The key is to create a calm, relaxing environment where you will not be disturbed
Headphones (Preferably good quality headphones as you will get the best immersive experience with the vibrational sounds)
